Using the Equity Resource Navigator to Advance Equity in Communities
Body

Join the Urban Institute’s Office of Race and Equity Research and the Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE) as we introduce the new Equity Resource Navigator—an open-access, user-centric tool for local government officials to find resources to help them embed equity into different areas of their work—and discuss the evolving landscape of equity work across the US with institutional and local partners.

How are local government officials and practitioners advancing equity in their communities? What are some common challenges and opportunities? What does the future of racial equity work look like? How can network and research organizations support local leaders as they embark on this work? The Urban Institute and GARE invite you to discuss these questions across two panel discussions—the first from the perspective of network organizations operating at the field level and the second from place-based practitioners operating at the local level. This webinar will also feature a live demonstration of the Navigator.
